Hello, I’m Louisa Cliff and I founded EmpathyArc with 20+ years experience gained in marketing and communications roles for UK charities and membership bodies.

I’ve helped orgnisations like Family Action, Gingerbread, Breast Cancer Now, and the Association of Optometrists to engage and connect with their communities, grow their brand recognition and influence, and generate sustainable income.

I set up EmpathyArc to offer marketing and brand expertise to small and medium-sized charities, non-profits, social enterprises and membership organisations.

Why? In my experience, smaller organisations are closer to the people and communities they serve, and this where my expertise and passion lies.
